Lessons pair the condition with inspection guidance. Narration, captions and transcripts support different ways of studying. Search and resume tools help learners return to the work.

Coverage checked October 17, 2026 against HUD’s published NSPIRE standards. Program-specific applicability, scoring and effective dates remain important when using the standards.

About 27 hours of recorded instruction form the core course. The approximately 34-hour total also allows four hours for the optional checkpoints, 1½ hours for review, and 1½ hours for one final assessment attempt. These are self-paced estimates, not a required attendance timer.

You may take the final assessment at any time. To earn your MiniDCD Systems LLC completion certificate, view both pages of all 410 lessons and pass the 40-case, open-reference assessment with 70% or higher. The 20 application checkpoints are optional bonus practice; they are not required for the exam or certificate. This is a non-accredited course with no CE credit or HUD inspector certification.
