One seat is for one named person. Choose the number you need.
Paying for a seat does not automatically give an employer access to a learner’s progress, exam answers or certificate. Learners can share their certificates with their organization.
When purchasing opens, each person will receive their own invitation and product access.
Twelve months for each named learner, beginning when they claim working access after confirmed payment. Purchased Training seats must be claimed within 90 days of confirmed payment; contact support for a later claim. Renewal is your choice; there is no automatic renewal charge.

Yes. The manager purchases the seats and assigns one to each person. Each person signs in separately to claim their own access; the manager does not need to take the course. Shared logins and unlimited organizational access are not included.
This page does not collect learner names or email addresses.
No appointment is needed to explore the products, watch the demos or compare the approved pricing. Standard 1–15-seat purchasing is intended to be self-service once checkout and individual access delivery are ready. Personal assistance remains available whenever you want it.

Training requires an internet connection for lessons, narration and the final assessment. The Field Guide works offline after activation and a complete download; initial setup and downloading updates require internet access. Each Guide license is for its named user, not two different people.
You can correct or reassign a seat before it is claimed. After a person claims it, contact support about a transfer. A replacement invitation does not restart the original Training claim deadline. Contact support if an unused Training seat passes its 90-day claim window. Purchased Field Guide rights remain separate.
Each order qualifies for volume pricing by its own quantity of the same product. Previous orders and different products are not combined. Training renewals use the Training price tiers; you do not need to buy the Field Guide again. Renewals are your choice, with no automatic charges. Renew early to add twelve months to your current expiration date; after expiry, your new term begins when payment is confirmed and working access is restored.
Request a refund within seven calendar days of payment, even if seats have not yet been claimed. Training refunds must be requested before course completion. Contact support for partial team or bundle refunds; those requests need individual review. See Terms & Access for the full policy.
