Contacting MiniDCD

When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your inquiry and provide the help you request. The release-notification form currently prepares an email in your own email app; you review and send it there. Opening that draft does not submit a request to MiniDCD.

Demonstrations on Your Device

The Training previews save playback position and preferences in your browser. The Field Guide demo can save selected conditions, recent references and calculator findings in browser storage. This information stays with that browser; it is not a paid learner account or a submitted inspection report. Use fictional locations and sample findings when trying the demo.

You can remove this local information through your browser’s site-data controls. Doing so may also remove other saved MiniDCD demo activity in that browser.

Website Delivery and Measurement

Our hosting provider processes ordinary request information to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, requested page and browser information. Google Analytics and advertising trackers are not active. Free demos do not require an email address.

Information we do not need

Do not include resident information, private inspection records, passwords or payment account details in a website inquiry or demonstration. Purchasing is not open, and this website does not collect payment information.

Questions and Requests

Email info@minidcd.com to ask about information you have sent us or to withdraw a release-notification request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
