Our Story · The Landmark Team
Built by inspectors.
Trusted by housing providers.
That trust was earned through Landmark’s hands-on inspection work with housing providers. The same team’s field experience shapes MiniDCD.
MiniDCD grows out of the Landmark team’s many years of working together in housing inspection. That shared experience brings a practical understanding of properties, the people who care for them and the residents who call them home.
Landmark Inspection Services brings 28 years of industry experience to MiniDCD. Our team’s background spans maintenance, property management, inspections and staff instruction—practical knowledge shaped by years of working together.
From a field observation to a useful decision.
A missing guardrail raises more than one question. What condition applies? What should the inspector measure? Which location and program matter? MiniDCD puts the condition illustration beside the inspection companion, criteria and exceptions so the next step is grounded in the finding.

Experience that is still at work.
Landmark Inspection Services remains in business today. Its practical inspection experience helped shape MiniDCD Systems LLC, which develops, licenses and supports digital learning and software products.
NSPIRE Training teaches. The NSPIRE Field Guide supplies a reference for everyday field work. NSPIRE Inspection Software is the next step in supporting inspection work.
The aim is practical: help housing leaders equip their teams to understand HUD standards, use public resources responsibly and keep residents’ homes at the center of the work.
