The depth behind your teaching
Unit, Inside and Outside lessons connect conditions with inspection criteria, exceptions, applicability and practical context. Narration, highlighting, captions and paired illustrations support different ways of learning.
Organize the curriculum across multiple days or sessions. Allow time for questions, discussion, exercises and assessments according to your teaching format and participants’ needs.
Developed from the practical experience behind Landmark Inspection Services, MiniDCD connects published standards with the conditions, decisions and documentation housing professionals encounter in the field.
Underlying curriculum coverage checked October 17, 2026 against HUD’s published NSPIRE standards. Program-specific applicability, scoring and effective dates remain distinct. Future HUD revisions are not automatically promised.
NSPIRE is HUD’s National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate. Instructor Edition uses the same full curriculum as MiniDCD NSPIRE Complete Training, with separate licensing and resources for teaching others. Choose Complete Training for individual self-paced study; its named-learner access does not grant instructor teaching rights.

Planning your program
MiniDCD NSPIRE Complete Training is the self-paced course for individual learners and teams, at $499 per named learner for twelve months before applicable team discounts. MiniDCD NSPIRE Instructor Edition licenses the full curriculum with separately licensed instructor resources and authorized classroom tools for teaching others. Ordinary named-learner seats do not grant instructor teaching rights.
The full narrated core is approximately 27 hours. An instructor can organize it across multiple days or sessions, with additional time for questions, discussion, practice and assessments. The roughly 34-hour self-paced estimate includes optional exercises, review and assessment; live classroom schedules depend on the instructor and participant needs.
The Internal Instructor License is for an authorized instructor teaching registered personnel within their own organization. The Commercial Instructor License covers authorized independent instructors or providers teaching paying students or outside organizations. Standard plans are based on one instructor, subject to final terms. Enterprise arrangements address multiple instructors, sites and larger programs.
The participant’s classroom enrollment, access, assessment, completion records and certificate rights will be defined by the applicable agreement. The trainee fee does not automatically purchase a separate twelve-month Complete Training subscription. Individual online access and classroom participation are distinct, and accounts are not unlimited or shared.
The Instructor Center and its linked teaching resources have been implemented and technically verified in a local edition. Owner review of the local edition is complete. Production access is being prepared. Existing classroom record tools use browser-local storage and manual entries; they are separate from individual account progress. Synchronized organization rosters, automated participant registration, verified instructor credentials and commercial certificate workflows are not currently available.
The planned Instructor Edition license covers use of the curriculum and instructor resources under the applicable Internal, Commercial or Enterprise agreement. Instructors remain responsible for their qualifications and delivery. MiniDCD is independent of HUD; official requirements and agency determinations control.
The planned Commercial Instructor License permits authorized paid instruction under the final agreement. You set your own tuition and manage your students, venues, travel, bookings and business arrangements. MiniDCD supplies licensed curriculum access and approved instructor resources. The annual license and registered trainee fees are paid to MiniDCD; no revenue or profit is promised.
Purchasing is being prepared. Published prices are planned license prices, not an offer of immediate access. Contact sales@minidcd.com to discuss your program. Final terms, registration, assessment rules, checkout, payment, renewal handling and access delivery must be verified and approved before transactions open.
